Shipping / Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $25 for 2-day flat rate shipping and $10 for 5-7 day flat rate shipping in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We offer free shipping for orders over $40.
We charge a 7.75% sales tax at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@grizzly.co with your name and order number.
Returns
If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that the following exceptions apply:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must still have tags and be returned in the same condition they were received, including the packaging.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email shop@grizzly.co with the order confirmation number and the item you wish to return.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that will be sent via email from us.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- For refunds, please allow 5-10 business days for this to be processed.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at shop@grizzly.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
