Our offices close for holidays and special events throughout the year—over two weeks to step away and recharge.

Take the time you need to disconnect, reset, and be with your people. We build in a minimum time-off commitment annually because we mean it—rest isn’t optional.

We’ve got you covered: medical insurance, a retirement account, and up to 10 paid sick days annually.

You get a monthly Expedition Fund of $1,500 to cover travel expenses to a destination of your choosing.

Four times a year, we shut everything down for a full day. Rest, unplug, get outside.

Team members receive annual supplementary pay that covers the Expedition Fund, Health & Wellness, and flexible hybrid work.

Work remotely most days. Collaborate in-person at our San Diego office two days a week.
